About the event
In partnership with LifeWays and Essa Arts, we will be participating in an art class on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month. Stress can affect us all, but if we find the right coping skills, such as art, we can decrease the negative side effects. Meeting in the LifeWays meeting room on the backside of the LifeWays building.
