About the event
In partnership with LifeWays and Harmony Gardens, we will be participating in a music class on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month. Stress can affect us all, but if we find the right coping skills, such as music, we can decrease the negative side effects. Meeting in the LifeWays meeting room on the backside of the LifeWays building.
